Talks
- LET'S TALK -
I'm Available to Speak at Schools!
As a dyslexic writer, my journey to becoming an author wasn’t always easy, but it’s something I’m incredibly proud of. Growing up with dyslexia made reading and writing a challenge, but it also sparked my creativity and determination. I want to share my personal story and the lessons I’ve learned with young readers, especially those who may be facing their own learning challenges.
That’s why I’m excited to announce that I’m available to visit schools and talk about my journey—both as a dyslexic and as a writer. Through engaging talks, I’ll share how I turned obstacles into opportunities and how my experiences with dyslexia helped shape my writing. I'll also dive into how The Goodness Potion and Its Side-Effects came to life, from the initial spark of an idea to the final published book.
Here’s what I offer during my school visits:
- An open discussion about dyslexia and how it affected my reading, writing, and self-confidence.
- The process of writing a book: From brainstorming to editing, and all the magical steps in between!
- Inspiring students to embrace their own creativity and believe in their ability to overcome challenges.
- Q&A sessions where students can ask anything about my book, my journey, or even writing in general.
If you're interested in having me visit your school, I’d love to connect! Let’s work together to inspire the next generation of readers and writers, especially those who might face similar challenges to my own.
